Through mental health workshops, creative art therapy, documentary storytelling, and mentorship, we've created safe spaces where youth can explore their identity, build confidence, and strengthen their well-being. By investing in young people, we're helping develop the next generation of community leaders.

Rexdale | Strengthening Community Partnerships

Finding Your HeART is building lasting relationships with anchor agencies, grassroots organizations, and community leaders across Rexdale. Together, we're bringing innovative mental health workshops, creative art therapy, and mentorship to local youth. Through collaboration with youth leaders, we are establishing a dedicated Finding Your HeART Rexdale Chapter, creating community-led programming, leadership opportunities, and initiatives designed by and for Rexdale youth.

Working alongside grassroots organizations and community leaders, Finding Your HeART is expanding access to mental health workshops and creative art therapy experiences in Regent Park. Beyond our programming, we're supporting youth-led initiatives—including a women's basketball player development program as part of our growing athletics department —that create new pathways for leadership, wellness, and community connection.
